Orders can be placed through our online ordering system using the delivery methods offered or by phone. Orders will be delivered within 48 hours of receipt of payment, once we confirm the ordering costs by email, your card will be charged. Purchases made with a credit card cannot be delivered to a PO. Box.

If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, please confirm by e-mail that the product is available and then use the shopping basket on the website to place your order online.
WARRANTY
All the products sold on this site are in the best condition they can be. Any returns will be inspected by our Professionals and compared to detailed archive photographs. If the product in question is deemed to have been miss-treated in any way, then they will be returned to the buyer at their cost.
RETURNS
Any product may be returned for any reasonable reason, provided you inform us within 7 days of receipt. For a refund, the product must not have been used or damaged in any way. The buyer must meet the cost of shipping the product back and meet any further bank or transfer charges relating to the refund.
Return postal charges are at the expense of the buyer. The refund will be made subject to compliance with the above and on receipt and inspection by us of the product in question. If any returned item has been tampered with as specified above, then we'll need to make a charge to take that into consideration.
Please do not return any item without informing us. We'll refuse delivery on any package, which attracts customs duty because it has not been correctly marked.
Exchange of an unopened item will incur a charge of £3, in order to cover administrative, postage and packing, and any cost difference of the items.
